Try see if disabling it (Menu --> Settings --> Advanced --> System --> Hardware Acceleration) fixes the issue. Also clearing the cache won’t hurt, though it’s probably not necessary.
It’s a workaround of course, but an acceptable one for the meantime.
Then try enable it again when Brave updates, in case the new release fixed it.
If GPU disabled make a difference, post details of graphic card and its driver so that developers have information to trace the problem.
