My Bat Tokens disappeared when I connected to my Gemini account

My BAT tokens disappeared when I connected to Gemini a few days ago. I waited five days for them to appear in my Gemini account but they haven’t.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
No, but this was the first time I verified a wallet.
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
