The rewards were working fine and then since the most recent update I haven’t received any rewards despite seeing ads. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

The Brave rewards have been stuck at .340 for a few days now despite seeing ads a lot. Thank you for the help!
Same problem here. Mine’s stuck at 0.210 BAT. It doesn’t list any new ad encounters even if I click on them or stare at them for minutes. I tried turning ads on and off but it still doesn’t work.
Hi @CEDoromal I believe this is because of a server outage that has been on going the last hour or so. We are hoping it will clear shortly. When it does, you should see the counter reflect the BAT soon thereafter.
