My BAT hasn't been transfered to Uphold

It’s missing 19.75 BAT and it’s showing up 0 BAT in my Uphold account.

Is there a fix for this?? Btw my mails are:

You must not show you wallet payment ID.

@Hecbert4258 - please don’t share your wallet id in a public thread. Your BAT should transfer as a part of the April payout.
