Multiple tab view in simple list

I don’t see tabs as a list without a preview

I want it to be like before in this screenshot

Go to settings → Accessibility → Simplified view for open tabs → Toggle it on.

Can’t you see the screenshot of my settings? I don’t have such a function there and I don’t understand why it’s not there, I tried different versions of the browser, it didn’t help.
