@Mujjabs It just means you’ve had multiple things linked before. When you talk about Sync, that’s different than Rewards. What it’s seeing is maybe you bought a new device and started using, maybe you uninstalled and reinstalled the browser at some point, or something of the sort. So it’s seeing that 4 different browsers have been connected over time and you’re now wanting to add another.
You’ll need to fill out the Wallet unlinking request form and wait for Mattches to process it, which can take a while. It’s currently Saturday night and I don’t think he’ll be back to work until Monday. Then he’ll be catching up on everything he was working on before and things that happened over the weekend. So be understanding if you don’t hear from him in a matter of a couple of days.

@Mujjabs Go to wallet.uphold.com and log in. Then once there, go to your profile. Once in your profile, you’ll see where it shows your name, address, etc. Your Uphold ID will be listed there.
@Saoiray i had raised in request like a month for wallet un link request and unfortunately I feel that has not been done yet still i was getting error something went error.

Saoiray, I have question regarding cloning devices, específically cloning HDD/SDD OSs, is this legal? Since I’ve started using brave, I’ve always used the same Operating System, but sometimes my SSD acts up and I really expect to buy a faster one or format this one. Will using a cloned OS count as violation of the Rewards program? Thanks in advance. You have been on a serious rampage since a couple months ago on these forums, great work!
Also, Mujjabs, check your email carefully, as far as I know, the mail just says to try linking a new device to be sure it got unlinked, it doesn’t specify through the browser or uphold, I think. Have you tried that already, friend? And if you did and got the confirmation email maybe something went wrong, so sending a DM could work.
@4M4M The main issue when talking about cloning is that if they see two devices with the same ID, it will be flagged. So let’s say you took and copied over your hard drive and all filer/folders on it. Then you ran your old device and new one at the same time, it would see clones/duplicate of the Brave Browser. At this point, it likely would flag your account for suspicious behavior as it would assume either you’ve been compromised or you’re attempting to circumvent some of their restrictions.
Key point there is that having two identical running at the same time is where there’s a problem.
