Mouse Pointer does not disappear when watching Twitch on fullscreen

Description of the issue:
Whenever I’m watching Twitch and enter the fullscreen mode of the video, my mouse pointer stays visible, even when entering the fullscreen via keyboard shortcuts.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any video on Twitch
  2. Enter fullscreen

Expected result:
The mouse pointer is hidden so I can watch the video without something blocking a part of the screen.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.8.86 Chromium: 81.0.4044.129 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
This is related to Brave and not to Twitch, because it works as intended on other browsers.

Thank you for reaching out. On my end, the mouse pointer doesn’t disappear as you described – however, I also don’t see it disappearing in Chrome either. I’m wondering if this is an issue on Twitch’s end, rather than the browser’s.

Do you have another browser that you can test and see if you get different results?

Hi,

it might be Chromium then, because on Firefox the pointer disappears!
I never used Chrome, but I assume Brave is built upon it.

Is that something you could change for Brave? Or is that not possible?
