Missing Rewards in November

My rewards from November was pending until yesterday, So I could see it in my browser. Today when I check the browser, the pending writing was gone and the rewards are not in my wallet too. It seems like it’s completly dissaperead.

Update(08.12.2021) - I just recieved my rewards for November.

This is a payout status update for the Brave Ads December payout.

Brave Ads Payout status:

  • Verified Uphold wallets : :yellow_circle: Payments Pending.
  • Verified Gemini wallets : :yellow_circle: Payments Pending.
  • Unverified wallets: :yellow_circle: Claims Pending.

Please note that this status update post is for Brave Ads earnings payouts to Brave browser users . This thread is not for creator payouts for tips.

Checklist:

Didn’t receive your payout or only received a portion of it? Here are some things to check first.

  1. Are payouts still processing?
    Although Brave Ads payout transactions begin on December 7th, it may take several days to fully process the large list of transactions. You may therefore see other users receiving their payouts before yours arrives. The team will keep everyone updated about payout progress (see above or below ).
  2. Are you included the payout period?
    Please note that the payout beginning on December 7th is for Brave Ads earnings throughout November (plus any BAT you’ve accumulated before that). If you only recently enabled Brave Ads (for example, on November 2nd, 2021), you will receive your payout in next month’s payout period.
  3. Is your browser updated?
    Please make sure that your version of Brave is up to date - Brave.com/latest
  4. Maybe you received it!
    If you do not have a verified wallet, you will need to go into your Brave Rewards settings and look for a "Claim your ad earnings now!" button. You must click that button in order to claim your BAT payout. If you do have a verified wallet, your payout will be deposited automatically into your Brave Rewards wallet and Uphold account. Please double-check if it’s there! (Usually, Uphold will send you an e-mail receipt of the payout transaction.)

The same thing happened withe me. The rewards were pending till yesterday. Now they’ve disappeared. @steeven. Please help us

So this is common issue ? I had earned 3.7 BAT yesterday i connected my Gemini wallet and today morning my balance is 0. Its not deposited to Gemini. My November month earnings are missing.

I have my uphold wallet connected to BAT Rewards, till yesterday everything was fine, It was showing as pending. But today I can’t find tokens anywhere. It’s not in pending or wallet. It’s like every trace of November rewards disappeared.

Same thing happened with me. last day it was showing in pending rewards. but today, it’s not showing in uphold wallet or in brave browser reward section as pending. it got disappeared completely. @steeven

Everyone calm down. Check out the payout status update at the top of this page… the payments are pending and they will be processed. It takes some time and will most probably be done over 3-4 days (Talking from personal experience, I am not a dev).

Last month all bats gone…and this month too everything gone… claim button is only gone - either this is buggy or is intentional

Whoever in-charge may want to lay out the actual process (e.g. what Brave Reward user will experience /or see from the 1st day of the new month to the day the BAT earnings are credited to the respective wallet). This will minimise confusion especially to new users.

I am a new user. I just installed the Brave browser in Nov 21. So far, below is what I experience or see… but I don’t know whether it is a problem or it is the actual and right thing a Brave browser user will see:

1st Dec - the Brave reward will be reset to 0
2nd Dec - user will see a message “Your +0.7795 BAT payout will begin processing in X days”
7th Dec - the above message will disappear

Today, I see many posts in this forum about the disappearing of the above message.

I have yet to receive my BAT payout in either the Brave browser wallet or Gemini account. Hence, I don’t know what will happened after 7th Dec. Hopefully I get to see the BAT payout in the next few days.

I have the same issue too. I just recently signed up and connected my Gemini wallet. But my Brave Rewards for the month of november are entirely missing. I can’t find a trace of the transaction anywhere. It’s like it completely disappeared. My Wallet is verified as well. This is really confusing. It might help to do up a helpdesk topic about this.

you just have to wait, it’s been like this every month since forever. Wait 1-2 days and it will be good, don’t panic !

Same happened to me. Hoping it corrects itself, but in any case the process is quite poor, very unclear what is happening and people waste a lot of time on it.

Same here, can’t claim the Nov rewards and even though a message saying that they were being processed was showing until yesterday, now nothing is there!

My rewards also missing. October rewards reached on November 7 but November rewards supposed to be today but it’s 0 in the account. It’s under processing till yesterday and today disappeared.
