I keep getting generic responses to my emails and I haven’t receive BAT payments. This are previous emails I sent:
Hello,
I sent you an email on 12/5/23 saying that my profile had been flagged.
And I received a response from you saying that my profile might have been flagged due to “irregular activity”.
I thought that issue was resolved when you sent me this email on 22/5/23:
"Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Brave Support.
This should now be resolved and a recent payout can be seen in your custodial account.
Thank you,
Brave Support"
On 15/7/23 I sent you the following email regarding an issue with BAT payment on my Uphold account:
“I haven’t received BAT on my Uphold account for 4 months now, the last payment I received was 3.387499999999598080 BAT from March on the 5th of April.”
And again I got the generic response saying that my profile might have been flagged due to “irregular activity” on 18/7/23.
I replied with the following email on 19/7/23:
“Hi,
Again? I thought that issue was fixed already… However I haven’t received any payment since March.
Best regards”
I haven’t heard from you since then, I’m not able to receive all my past BAT payments since March, the BAT earned get lost and I’m not able to fix this issue.

Sometimes your Brave Rewards profiles can be “flagged”. That usually means our systems noticed some irregular activity associated with Brave Ads. “Irregular activity” is activity that would be considered unusual compared to an ordinary person using Brave Ads as part of their overall, everyday browsing experience.
We have reviewed the flag, and your Rewards profiles will not be reinstated. They will remain flagged.
Please note, you can no longer receive payouts for Brave Rewards, but you will still have access to the other great features and benefits built-in to Brave.
