Description of the issue: Missing the padlock/view site information icon in the address bar.

Expected result: Padlock icon should be showing, but is not
Brave Version: 1.19.86
Missing information: specific examples of websites you visit that don’t display a padlock icon to the left of the address. Also: installed and active extensions or add-ons. Others can then try to determine whether what you encounter can be duplicated (it’s general and related to a website) or whether it’s more narrowly related to your installation.
Any website I open is missing the padlock icon on the left side of the address bar. It was there before I reinstalled everything on my system, after reinstalling Brave it’s not there anymore. It’s the same icon I could click to check connection security information, certificates, cookies, and go to site settings directly. I have not installed any extensions or plugins yet.
