Even i have lost my token i had bat token worth of 2.67 usd but then i received pay about that i pressed claim but my account has not been credited and i am left with bat token worth only 1.08 usd this is unfair need this to be resolved

I use the Uphold wallet, and as of Last night I had 14.2 BAT woke up this morning, No deposit into my Uphold wallet and more than half my BAT is gone! Whats the deal?

My BAT from my desktop browser hit my Uphold account as normal today but both my personal and work phones are having the issue as described above.

As frustrating as it is, I’m confident the team will sort the issue in due course.

Dear channel - please bear with us; here is an explanation to the BAT differential.

  1. Each month, at the beginning of the month, the Ads system will take out what is ready to be paid out from estimated earnings (hence the drop)
  2. Then the system builds an Ad Rewards against that paid to amount so the BAT is allocated to your wallet
  3. Then the system allows you to claim it - the process is very different between Uphold wallets that are paid directly and browser wallets that show the BAT once claimed

We can assure you like we did in the pre-emptive post that BAT will not be lost but we are having issues with the Ads Reward system that was failing - it doesn’t fail for everyone but does fail enough. Rest assured that as soon as your Ads Rewards can be claimed, you will see the difference paid out.

For those that were to get paid Via your Uphold wallet, your payment is just in the Q and should get paid out. It was triggered at 10:30 PM PST on May 5 and usually takes a day. The reason for the delay was the same and we were ensuring those go out smoothly.

Meanwhile, bear with us and we may have some new issues due to these failing claims, and in some cases, claiming the grant but the grant not showing up. Each wallet has their BAT listed to be paid so rest assured the BAT will be paid. Thank you for your patience.

We will update this thread as soon as issue is resolved.

@Willy123 see my post. Uphold payouts should be working as normal. We are having troubles with the Ads Rewards system to the devices. We have been on it and not there yet.

Thank you!!! My Desktop BAT did show to uphold. Now just waiting on my 60 BAT from my creator page and my 29 or so from mobile device.

No claim option and my BATs earnings are gone
I´m user since Apr and I was expecting my first reward

Creator page is a different schedule and no issues expected - different process and method; we have not triggered those. Do keep us updated when you receive on the Mobile device. Thank you.

Hello Brave

  1. All my BAT I earned from april 2020 are gone.
  2. I have a verified Uphold wallet and a Brave Wallet connected with my Brave browser, but no BAT are transferred two any of the two!
  3. Question: Where did my BAT went???

I have an active connected uphold wallet but half of my earned BAT disappeared. Just so you guys are aware because you said uphold wallet owners are not affected. I hope its resolved soon.

My earnings for May 5th payout was not sent out to my Uphold Account.
Same Here .I have an active connected uphold wallet,my earned BAT disappeared also.I hope its resolved soon.

Your payment should be in Q. We have some Brave employees on verified wallets that got paid. I am still waiting for mine.

I don’t know. Maybe, the only thing we can do is to wait for their update. Also, it is for everyone who just visited this thread to read the latest update from Brave Team. Or is there any announcement from different thread already?
