I’m running Windows 10, Brave Desktop 1.8.8.6. Windows restored from a clean backup image. Brave Desktop installed to a clean HDD following problems with missing BAT and notification issues. All ‘seemed’ OK after reinstalling.
I’ve lost pretty much all of my Bat collected over the past 5 or 6 months. I’ve had problems for 3 months consecutively now. I managed to restore the BAT I lost from last month using a backup of the AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default folder. This month when I claimed, all the BAT I claimed just disappeared. I tried restoring my wallet and it went straight back to the amount I had 2 months ago. So my total earned BAT never update, and new BAT just disappear. I don’t yet use uphold. None of the BAT are from grants, they’re from accepting hundreds of ads each month.
I’ve also noticed the 2nd profile I have set up for my children isn’t even letting me claim the bat, yet the date has now changed to June.
2 android phones will not let me or my daughter claim the BAT.
I have a verified Uphold wallet account and it wasn’t possible for me to claim the rewards from May as well. Just letting you know that some of us who have verified wallets are also experiencing these issues.
I’ve been mentioning problems for months and nobody has fixed my issue. I mentioned on Reddit, but they stopped responding to me, then I mention problems in here and I hear nothing. I think they’re overwhelmed by the sheer number of problems.
I am using UPHOLD wallet but I am impacted. How is that sound. It stated here that ( 1. Users that are using Uphold user wallets are not impacted ).
Do we expect that our BAT will be credited soon or not?

No claim option and some of my part BATs earnings are gone
Note: I’ve a verified Uphold wallet on Windows 10.
How to resolve it please?
UPDATE: My problem is resolved on Uphold, I received my BAT, thanks BRAVE. Now I’m waiting for the technical update (see my earnings on my BRAVE account).
I don’t know I am still waiting for the response if the issue us fixed or if there are troubleshooting to be done here. I’ve tried to my windows 10 and phone and still it doesn’t work

What happened here?
Today morning, on Android no message, just a spinning wheel, then payment delayed to next month.
Now, four hours later, almost 8 BATs are gone to nowhere, Wallet shows 0.0 BAT
On a Linux Desktop with a verified Uphold account the payment only delayed to next month.
Edit: Received my BATs of the Brave at Linux desktop with connected Uphold wallet, BATs are now available at Uphold.
On android still the same, earnings from April disappeared (drop from 10.3 BATs to 1.9 BAT) but wallet still shows 0.0 BAT
hi @asad hi @steeven I still have payment problems and payment synchronization problems with keeping the message private with the same case.
I already feel a little frustrated and sad, just as I appreciate the effort they make to solve the problems.
Something weird again! This morning I tried to claim the reward (about 6.8 BAT) and gave me “Oops! something wrong happened! try again later!” and the payment date was postponed to Jun 6th. My pending award BAT amount was 7.0 BAT about 30 min ago; but looking now it is only 3.0 BAT. What is happening? looks that everything is out of control…
About the first sentence, I’m using Uphold Wallet and I’m impacted from this issue.
This issue is cross platform, I’ve problem both on Win 7 , Win 10 and Mac Os X .
