I had the same problem two days ago.
The Tokens cant be refund or?
As far as I understand, at the moment there is still no function to restore the wallet BATs. So they got lost.

I don’t think that the BAT can be recovered without Uphold on-boarding or seed phrase.
do we get a seed phrase or recovery code for android brave wallets which are verified.

no i was talking about android brave wallet .
like in the case of desktop we have recovery key in the case we uninstall the browser we can restore the old wallet.

I made a post with a similar problem 2 days ago and I haven’t received any reply or answer. I have the recovery phrase (which doesn’t seem to work) and I had enable the uphold wallet before I lost my BAT
Just posting new info that i wasn’t aweare and i think none of users here:
Since v1.3 recovery key don’t recovers stored earnings locally, it will only recover pending rewards
