Lost All BAT via UpHold Verification (3 months now...)

Hi,

Back in March i decided to verify my UpHold account since i had saved up some BAT. But after completed the verification my account went to 0 and all my BAT was gone :slightly_frowning_face:

I read some forum posts and talked with some members here and they suggested I just wait and that things could resolve on their own. The issue could have occurred because I verified in the middle of the month (approx. March 14). It’s been 3 months now and still nothing…

Could anyone please help?
