the desktop browser show this little message “For Quick Access, Place Your Bookmarks Here On The Bookmarks Bar…”
i know it is little but it agitates me being unable to remove it

Hi and welcome to the community. 
I hate that message too. According to Brave support it is working as intended and cannot be dismissed. I use a windows desktop and you can hide it using Ctrl-Shift-B (on macOS ⌘ + Shift + b). Linking a Brave Help Center article on keyboard shortcuts on desktop systems for reference.
