*Description of the issue: Links from Twitter don’t open in custom tabs

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Open Twitter for android
2. Tap on any link from a tweet

**Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Link is opened in full browser **

Expected result: link should open in custom tab

**Reproduces how often: everytime

**

I’ve seen this happen on Tablet as well. There’s an issue logged for this

Issue: Custom tabs not working on Tablet
