**Description of the issue: Brave shields and tweet option appear overlapped in brave custom tabs
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.clicking twitter notification and opening it in brave custom tabs
2. Doesnt happen when you open twitter link from the app into brave custom tabs
3. Happen only when i open a link from the notification i get from twitter
**Expected result: a bug is seen due to placement of both options in the same place on the top bar
**Brave Version( check About Brave):1.18.77
**Mobile Device details : Nokia 7 Plus Android 10
