Lag of webcam video on video call

Description of the issue:
When I use webcam during a video call using meet.jit.si and when the background picture is on (changing my background to another thing using a picture) my video stream gets a lag of one second. This does not happen on chrome, also does not happen when I turn off hardware acceleration. This does not happen on chrome even if hardware acceleration is on. I have i7-10875H CPU (8 core) + NVIDIA RTX 2060 max q
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. go to meet.jit.si and start a room and turn on the webcam. On the settings make webcam change your background.

Expected result:
your own stream should not have a lag
