Is Tabs on Bottom possible?

Hi there…

Is it possible to move tabs below the bookmarks and address bars?

I have seen a couple of posts on this issue, but no definitive answers.

For instance, in this post…

the reply was…
“You’ll need an extension to add this function. Please see this thread where our product leads discusses this - Please keep the tabs where they are, under the address bar”.

However the following page referred to in that reply does not exist…
