Description of the issue:
The tabs are above the address bar and I can’t figure out how to move them below the address bar.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- It is always that way.
Expected result:
I should be able to customize where the tabs are.

1.8.96
Additional Information:
I just heard about Brave and decided to give it a try. I usually use Firefox, in which I can have the tabs where I want them. I’m not sure why I can’t find how to do this in Brave, but I’m obviously missing something. Any help is greatly appreciated!
