I have a decent amount of BAT in my creator rewards, a few weeks ago I attempted to send my ID to Uphold to verify. Its been saying its been processing for 3 weeks. They arent getting back to me on social media or Facebook. Is this normal for Uphold, or what could possibly be going on?
There are quite a few people having the same issue with Uphold at the moment. As a creator you can also verify with Gemini, which is a much better option.
