Is something wrong on my End? need BAT SUPPORT

    Hello first time on here, But I'm not new to brave, I am a semi-long time user at least 1 year or so.   Everything was great, until about earlier this year.  when I stopped getting ads and stopped receiving any payments.  it was around the time when the price of Bat sky rocketed I think (March, April, don't quote me like it was went from .25 to 1.00 CND). So I honestly thought they weren't giving out the bat anymore.
    Until the other day I saw a youtube video about someone who just recently got bat, so now I'm wondering whats going on??    
    I Use Linux Ubuntu, does it have anything to do with my system??  Is my account blocked, it says Im verified. and have been verified for a year or so and it worked well before it stopped.

I may have used a VPN once or twice for less then an hour, I know I tried one out, Did that have anything to do with it??
Can the support team Answer me please?

I use a laptop, I have the auto contribute turned off? i dont have any contributions.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

You are using a very old version of Brave. I recommend updating your browser (unless that version number is a typo).

Some people have more than one device/profile receiving Brave Rewards. Auto-contribute needs to be manually turned OFF in the settings for ALL devices (default is ON).

Using a VPN is not a problem as long as you always choose VPN servers in the region where you are physically located. However, VPNs can block the automatic refilling of the ads catalog. There is a workaround, but this doesn’t sound like your issue.

If none of this helps, then perhaps @steeven , @Mattches , or @GreenBananaPorridge can take a look to see what’s happening with your account.
