I love the idea of Brave Rewards and the system. It’s brilliant.
But, as someone who NEVER uses rewards programs of any kind… would anyone say it’s worth it to create an account?
If so, can I link it to my Proton Wallet?!

@Professor_Proton It’s hard to answer whether it’s “worth it” since it depends on your expectations. If you’re okay with viewing a few notifications or seeing new background images on your New Tab Page in exchange for earning a small amount of BAT, it might be.
In the past, users could earn around $5 per month in BAT, but more recently, it’s been closer to $1 per month, give or take. For example, this month, I earned 5.99605 BAT, which is about $1.01 at the current BAT value.
As for using Proton Wallet, right now, you can only earn BAT by connecting to custodial partners like Uphold, Zebpay, or BitFlyer (depending on your country). However, Brave is moving towards self-custody, which means that once self-custody is available, you could receive BAT in any Solana wallet you have, including Proton Wallet.
If you’re interested in learning more about self-custody and upcoming changes, I’d recommend checking out this article: PSA: Current and upcoming changes to Rewards and Creators
