Intermittent Issue - Ad Blocker does not work on YouTube

Description of the issue:

YouTube was able to show ads on the browser even if the shields are enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to http://youtube.com/
2. Try to click any video
3. The video will load and will show ads before the actual video begins.

Actual Result:

Expected result:
The browser must be able to block the YT ads.

Reproduces how often:
Intermittent. Sometimes it occurs, sometimes not.

Operating System and Brave Version:
Windows 10 | Version 1.5.122 Chromium: 80.0.3987.162 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Please update to Version 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit) and retest.

Hi @fanboynz, after the update, the ad-blocking seems to work now. Will observe this for a couple of days. Thanks for the response.
