Description of the issue: Scrolling social media feeds and brave for android intermittently freezes for 10-15 seconds. These freezes repeat every 5-10 minutes
How can this issue be reproduced?
- I scroll on a reddit or fb feed and every 5-10 minutes the browser freezes for about 10-15 seconds.
- If I switch to recent apps and select brave from the recent apps aka switch out then re-enter brave immediately, I don’t have have to wait the 10-15 seconds because that action stops the freeze
- When the freezes first happened I kept scrolling and when brave unfroze, it jumped all the way to where I presume I had scrolled to
Expected result: mostly just bringing this to your attention if it wasn’t already. You devs know what you’re doing.

My phone updated to android 10 three days ago. This is also when I updated all my apps. I don’t know if this is an android issue or a brave issue. I really like brave and will continue using it.
