Brave freezes on Android 10

Description of the issue: the app freezes after a few seconds of using it (even in settings)

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open brave
2. Use brave for a few seconds
3. Crash/freeze
   
   

Expected result: fix

Brave Version( check About Brave):

• Brave - Beta 1.5.59
• Brave 1.5.3

Mobile Device details:
Android 10
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 [ GT-N9005 ]

Additional Information:

I have the same issue on all chromium web browsers except Microsoft Edge
