Increase text size option not working

Description of the issue:
Text size option is not working

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open settings
2. Go to appearance
3. Go to the Font size option and try to change the text size

Expected result:
For the text size to change

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.62.153 Chromium: 121.0.6167.85 (Official Build) (64-bit)
