Incomplete payment but with payout flag

I receive the payout flag but the BAT do not arrived

What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
yes, twice last month
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?
Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?


If you actually see, you received two payouts of 12.5 BATs each in December. I don’t think that you must have earned more than 12.5 BATs in December, therefore to have it adjusted, they mustn’t paid you. My case was the same and was pointed out by a Brave official in a ticket.
