In Uphold app it is showing connected but brave browser still showing as not verified. Why??
All disconnected. From not paying to disconnect your wallet and being not able to transfer, easy.

If that doesn’t work, and this is your first time receiving payouts, check this (especially the address in the profile information - it must be complete):
Make sure your account is verified at Uphold. Go to your profile page and there should be a verified date at the bottom.

Can’t verify and authorize the wallet, can’t connect Brave to Uphold - #2 by Impoiler
Make sure all your personal information in your Uphold account is accurate and complete. For example, Uphold will verify your account with an incomplete address, but Brave needs your full address, including street number, street, city, etc.
If all that checks out:
What country are you from?
Does your device pass the SafetyNet check?
Are you receiving any messages? If so, provide a screenshot or the text of the message.
