Importing firefox bookmarks, JSON not HTML

I am on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. I have a file with my firefox bookmarks.

‘/home/ray/snap/firefox/common/.mozilla/firefox/nuf2fzis.default/bookmarkbackups/bookmarks-2024-01-29_242_jJ8GXOf2qxuNfpy6tCC7iA==.jsonlz4’

I have the lz4jsoncat uitlity which allows me to dump this JSON to stdout.

Then I go to import the bookmarks into Brave. The option is for HTML only. How do I get it to import the JSON data?
