I recoverd a brave wallet but forgot to back up the ''old'' one. I know it should be possible to get the other one back

So… I was not thinking. for some reason i tought that when i recoverd one wallet my other would stay. short story it didn’t and now i cant find it.
Tried to go thru this guide

But i realized i had everything not on my metamask but on my Brave Wallet. So messed up but, the wallet should still exist in my browsers history some how?

I know the password but just dont have the seed phrase.

If it is possible with meta mask it should be possible with brave wallet but i just dont know how.

Any help on the subject would be amazing and some solution for this misstake should exist.
