I lose my Microsoft Teams from 'Sites that can always use cookies' every time I close Brave

Hi.

I have added a site to ‘Sites that can always use cookies’: Teams

Why are the three sites listed have different select options?

I close down Brave and re-start. Teams has gone

Is this a feature or bug? Every day I have to add Teams back in!
