Did you get stuck at “Downloading”? Installer from brave.com is an “online installer”. It requires internet connection to download and install Brave. It should not take a long time (depends on your internet connection).
If you still not able to install Brave, can you try download BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe from here https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v0.59.35 and see if it’s working now.
