Description of the issue:
Question: I downloaded BraveBrowserSetup.exe. It has version 1.3.101.0. It is 1,243,488 bytes. Is this a complete (offline) installer for which I do not need an Internet connection to install? Or is it a stub installer that requires an Internet connection?
How can this issue be reproduced?

Not yet installed. Installer has version 1.3.101.0.
Additional Information:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64. I very much prefer offline installers. I download the installer, check it with 3 different anti-malware applications, and then disable my Internet connection. I have an application that logs the changes to my Windows registry and file system during the installation, and I do not want extraneous activity occurring appearing in the log.
