The notification box gets fired with unknown ads. (like “SLIVER .tv Earn Tfuel when you watch streams” and others).

These are brave ads. The concept behind brave is that you don’t see ads anymore on websites, but instead can receive these ads (if you want to). For every ad you receive, you will earn money (bat, a crypto currency). You can then, if you want to, contribute your earned bats to the websited you visited (so that they can make money and don’t have to show disturbing ads on their websites).
If you don’t want to see ads, you can turn them off completly. To do this, click on the triangle on the right side of you search bar and deactivate in the popup brave rewards. Or go to brave://rewards (type this in your search bar) and disable it there.
