Hi, this Fix is something you might try - if it’s the issue you’re experiencing. Make sure to read the follow up post there, too.
If it doesn’t help you, or it’s not the problem you’re having, bump your thread every few days till Support comes in 
I’ve tryed it, but nothing.
I’ve just sent message to Steeven and Asad.

Please let me know if either responds to you. I’m also facing the same problem but Fix for BAT not porting to Uphold wallet doesn’t help. I’ve messaged Steeven but not Asad - I’ll try that now.
No response at all, nothing.
Maybe only a feedback would be nice.

did not drain BAT earned before feb
and March to wallet,
ads and bat stopped suddenly the feb
And I’m on Brave is up to date
