I haven't received my BAT rewards for months

I have 191.75 BAT stuck in my mobile browser. Uphold wallet is linked and verified but every month these BAT rewards never get transferred.

Desktop rewards seems to be fine though.

HELP!!!

You need to go into your brave browser rewards section and do the 1 time transfer of the BAT using the “QR Code for iOS Rewards users transferring BAT”, if you are dealing with iOS stuff. I guess they are getting rid of the iOS mobile stuff as i’ve had to do this for my phone and iPad. I’m assuming you are dealing with iOS, if android then i’m sure someone else has those answers.

Having the same problem on my android phone. BAT shows locally but not when i log into Uphold.

Ahh, I’m on android and don’t have the QR transfer option

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Hi @pmark thanks for following up. We’ve just deployed a fix! The fix is currently in Nightly and will be in Release version soon. This was an elusive bug and I really appreciate your patience here. Once the fix is in your entire balance will port to your Uphold wallet and will continue to do so as you earn new BAT. Thanks again for your patience here, I know that it’s been incredibly frustrating.
