BAT on my mobile not transferring to my Uphold account

every month I get a request to claim my BAT grants on my phone, but they never go to my Uphold account which is linked

I have also sync’d my phone with my laptop. Laptop rewards transfer ok every month, but not the BAT grants on my phone and they are building up

How do you get these BAT rewards to Uphold?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
