@Sean420 whenever you have a payment related issue, it’s usually best to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

Thank you, I tried find the ticket request before I posted this, so I thought this was the correct page but the page keep sending back in this infinite loop back to the thread page.
Thanks again!

Thanks I will defiantly open a support ticket, I did try but it was sending me back here.
I hope I am not flagged for no reason. I want my two dollars! lol

Yeah, @Sean420. The way it works is all notifications and the Help Center all point you here. The reason for that is there have been a lot of issues that we can resolve through the forums. Such as we have had a lot of people saying they were missing payments but they were saying that before the payment even began.

So they kind of use Brave Community here to filter out the simple or useless posts and then have us direct people to the support tickets for those who do have an issue that need that kind of attention. When you clicked on the link I provided, it should have brought you to a form where you provided all the details like your Rewards Payment ID and your email, among some other small details. Those are things they’ll use to try to investigate and resolve your issue.

I just want to share with you as I mentioned to someone else a moment ago:

Yep, just keep in mind that it can take time to respond. Hopefully they’ll get back to you quickly, but will likely take a minimum of 3-5 business days (they don’t work on American holidays or weekends). With it not far from Christmas and New Years, there’s a small possibility there can be a delay into January. Hopefully nothing that long, but I just wanted to give you a heads up.

I mean, 5 business days from today would be December 21, which is a Thursday before Christmas. People likely will be on vacation or prepping for it. So like I said, hopefully they’ll get to you fairly quick…but just wanted to give you a worst case scenario so you’re not caught off guard if timing works against you.
