Account flagged, no response from support

Briefly describe your issue: - My “Brave Rewards Profile” was flagged almost a month ago and I have yet to hear back on my support ticket (#161695). I’ve reached out a few times and still haven’t heard back. I have not received my September or October BAT rewards because of this.

Version 1.45.127 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) - no (but it was prior to getting flagged)

What date did you verify your wallet? - November 12, 2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? - yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) - yes (connected to a server in my local area)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? - yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? - n/a

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements? - yes

You will receive a reply. Its just that the team gets a lot tickets during this part of the month. So, they’ll get to you when your ticket which is in queue reaches the counter.
