You didn’t respond to what was said. His words were, “check if you have your complete address listed.” It didn’t ask if you’ve verified with Uphold or provided all the documents. Those are different things. When you go to your account in Uphold.com there’s a section there for your profile. It’s where it lists your full name, address, and other information. If that isn’t filled out 100%, then Brave will show you the exact message you’re telling us that you’re seeing.
When I say 100%, I mean examples of what WOULD NOT work would be:

What WOULD work and be required:
123 Frontage Rd Orlando, FL 32789 United States
Basically you need to make sure there’s enough information provided that if someone wanted to mail you a letter or needed to show up at your home, they would be able to. In the past, a lot of people tend just to put their city only, don’t include zip codes, or whatever else.
The secondary reason why people have seen the notice that you’re getting is because people did not click on the confirmation email they sent.
Final reason why you get it is because Uphold is trying to get you to update your documents. Like maybe you verified over a year ago and they just need you to send current pictures/scans.
