I had over 18 BAT from ads and at least 9 pending and they just disappeared the other day never to return...any help?

Please help I had close to 27 BAT all together from. Ads that disappeared, hoping someone can help?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

I accidentally got that solution button not knowing how to use the platform buy hopefully the problem will be taken care of
