Are you saying that you earned BAT and didn’t receive the payment(s)?
Are you seeing ads but not getting BAT for them?
Or are you not seeing ads at all?

Just so you know, if you were using Gemini, this could be a problem. The reason being that Gemini has restricted Brave from connecting accounts to them. You can read more about that at NOTICE: New region restrictions on verifying Brave Rewards with Gemini

Unfortunately, Romania is not one of the countries they are allowing at this time.
