I can't find sync in settings on my desktop to start a chain with my android

I want to sync my android and my desktop for bookmarks at least until passwords are available. I cannot find “sync” option in my settings on my desktop therefore I cannot create a “chain”. Help. Where is the sync in settings on desktop Brave?

Sync is temporarily disabled for desktop since v1.3.x and higher due to some issues.

The team is working on Sync v2 which will fix this issue and re-enable Sync. It’s coming.
