I can't connect to my Uphold wallet

Briefly describe your issue:

I can’t connect my verified Uphold Wallet

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
SO: Windows 10 64Bits

Brave Version: 1.43.88 Chrominium v.105.0.5195.68

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

This isn’t enough information to help you. Quite frankly, if you just search Brave Community for your error, you most likely will find the answer without anyone needing to respond to you here.

For example, if you’re getting Unsupported Region then I know there’s over 1,000 times I’ve answered the question. I even have a topic for it over at PSA: Unsupported Region

If you’re talking about flagged accounts, that too has been discussed many times. For example, Gemini Account Flagged and Never Received BAT Payment - #3 by Saoiray or even as something discussed in great detail at PSA: User FAQ - Support & Answers

But there’s a lot of other little things that can happen. So please, would you explain what your issue is? Also, if ever ask for help on Brave Community, be sure to provide specific information. It’s hard to be able to tell you anything when you’re extremely vague.

No it’s not unsupported region, i’m getting the follow warning(It’s in brazilian portuguese):

There is a temporary problem with the Uphold verification. Your Brave Rewards will remain in a pending state and retry will be performed automatically, but you can also try again later.

Basically it’s saying there’s a temporary problem to verify Uphold, it shows me that warning about a week. My Uphold is already verified, but it’s like Brave can’t check it.

@RenanZX Thanks for that. That error often means a mismatch of information in your KYC. Like if your profile shows you living in United States but the passport you sent to them showed you in Mexico. (just making it up for an example).

Have you ever changed countries or used a passport from a different country? Also, the other side of it is to make sure your Uphold profile is completely filled out with your exact mailing address and other info, you’ve verified your email, and that they have no extra KYC for you to do. I know you said Uphold is already verified, but they can be separate things.

The #1 cause for this particular message is a mismatch between KYC documents. If you go through and verify none of that is an issue (I recommend you contact Uphold first, just to be safe), then your next step will be to contact Brave by creating a support ticket.

I believe that’s Portuguese you’re sharing. If so, I’m wanting to assume you’re from Brazil. If that’s the case, then you should be getting a Region Unsupported notice instead. This could also be the problem you’re having, as currently Brazil is not supported but should be added again here soon. They originally took it back down with the intent to be a few days but it’s been weeks now. But if you’ve ever lived elsewhere, it might be both issues combined, lol.

Yes i’m from Brazil and no I’m not changed country or something like that, but I didn’t know that problem with unsupported region. It’s like i need to wait until Brave support my region again, thanks for your support.

. And I didn’t change my location
