I can't check my wallet


I created my Uphold account, but when I try to connect it with the BAT wallet, it says that I don’t have the minimum amount of 15BAT since I have 18.5

Is your Uphold account KYC’d already? Additionally, are you seeing this message specifically after hitting the Verify wallet option in the Rewards panel?


After I click on 'Verify Wallet ', I’m taken to the Uphold page to connect with the brave. After authorizing I go back to the brave with that print above.

My Uphold screen has been like this for over 4 weeks.

I emailed Uphold talking about the situation. Looks like my account has been limited.


I managed to check the wallet with Uphold, but now my funds don’t show up there.

How should I do?

Okay so the Uphold KYC did go through? If so, can you please send me a DM with your wallet payment ID, found on your brave://rewards-internals page?
