Hello, I can not claim brave rewards for two months, I have no wallet since I had not yet reached 25bats. When I press the button to claim rewards it ends up with an error message.

Can you share a screenshot of the error you see? Additionally, can you tell me the device type you’re using as well as the version of Brave currently installed on your device?
i use version: Brave 1.18.78, Chromium 87.0.4280.141
my mobile is Android 9; POT-LX1 (huawei p smart 2019)

Are you connected to a VPN at this time? Additionally, can you tell me how old those claims are?
The claims are from December, and no, I am not using any vpn

Can you please first try claiming while disconnected from Wifi (which I’m assuming you are connected to when trying to claim) and try to use cellular data?
If that does not work, can you please send me a DM with your wallet ID found on your brave://rewards-internals page?
