How to uninstall when not listed in programs

Installed Brave and could never get it to run, despite whitelisting it in my internet security, rebooting after install, etc.

Now, just want to uninstall, but not listed in my programs (Windows 7,64-bit)

Went to Windows Explorer and there is no Uninstall option within folders either.

In fact, strange thing happened. When I tried to Run Brave as Administrator, ALL contents of the 3 Brave folders vanished. So, now it looks like I have empty shell folders.

How can I get rid of all of it?
