How to transfer my Brave Browser from original Dell computer to newly purchased computer. Transfer BAT, Bookmarks and configurations

Description of the issue: I am new with the Brave Browser, but not to software upgrades. I have searched and cannot find a definitive discussion on this matter. I have looked for a guide or FAQ for the process. I would like to maintain my BAT especially.

Expected result: A guide or link to read on the process to reduce my probability of failure. If a guide is not available with some help I would like to write one if possible to help other that may not understand the process.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 8/BB [Version 1.16.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (32-bit)
to Windows 10.

In the Brave program itself, it recommends connecting to a verified Uphold wallet. While there is a way to restore a wallet with a recovery key or import, I don’t have the recovery key and currently can’t find where to see it. So if you have 25 BAT you are in luck.

Anything in the CryptoWallet is easy to transfer because it made you copy down the restore phrase.
