Description of the issue:
I have new desktop and for that reason I’d like to transfer my BAT balance from my old device to the new one. However, I am not able to transfer my BAT Balance on my old browser. I am also unable to verify my account via Uphold/Gemini (currently not available in my region).
Expected result:
Being able to transfer my BAT balance from my old browser.

Additional Information:
Additionally, I have not received any rewards since november 2022. I can also not claim anything.
